OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS AND INTERFAITH HARMONYHIRING OF OF M0AVINEEN/NAZIM FOR HAJJ 2025


Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony (M/o RA&IH) invites from the Government officers/officials (BPS-07to BPS-18) for performing of duties as Moavineen-e-Hujaj / Nazims in different areas (, Transport, Foodetc.) in the (KSA) during Hajj 2025 through National Testing Service - Pakistan (). Selection shall bemade on the basis of quota of various and regions. Officers / officials possessing the requisite qualification, and domicile of the respective Provinces and Regions are eligible to apply;



General Terms and Conditions


i. The shall be assessed through NTS Writen, Physical/ endurance tests. Physical/ test will be held afterwritten test and against the respective quota of regions according to merit. The physical/ endurance test will comprise of 5 walk within a specifiedtime to be announced in due course on NTS website.


i. Written test shall be conducted from the provided on website of NTS.


i. The information provided bythe candidates in NTS application/online form shall be considered as final. No change or excusewill be accepted at any later stage.


iv. Departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) should be obtained well in time and shall be provided by the candidate ascommunicated official website of the NTS in due course of time. Failure of doing so will disqualify the candidate.


V. Repeaters shall be selectedupto maximum 70% of the total strength of Moavineen-e-Hujaj/ Nazims.


vi. Due to special nature of assignments, Government employees are not eligible. Employees having heart,hypertension, diabetic, chronic diseases or any other kind of medical or mental disability / disease are not eligible. Candidatesare required to provide fitness certificate from concerned DHQ.


vii. Original of the shortlisted candidates will be checked at any stage of selection process and in case of any orwrong information; the selection of the candidate will be cancelled and may entail disciplinary proceedings. Moreover, failure toproduce timely salary slip issued by AGPR/Provincial offices / other heads of accounts operating under CGA shall lead todisqualification.


vii. M/o RA&IH reserves the right to increase or decrease number of Moavineen/ in any category keeping in view the actualrequirementin that category as per Hajj quota/ Saudi Taleemat.


ix. This Ministry reserves the rightto the selection process at any stage with assigning any reasonthereof.X. No TA / DA will be admissible to the candidates during selection and training process.


How to Apply


i. Interested candidates must visit NTS website: www.nts.org.pk to apply/register online form for the test.


ii. The shall submit printed copy of duly online filled application form along with attested photocopies of as applicable to NTS Headquarters (M/o RA&IH Moavin / Nazim Project 2025), Plot #96, Street # 04, SectorH-8/1, Islamabad within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. forms can be downloaded from NTS and M/oRA & IH website (www.mora.gov.pk).


iüi. Application form filled improperly, and submitted by hand will not be entertained. Hand written will not be entertained.


iv. Shortlisted candidates will submit requisite documents in original to M/o RA & IH as and when asked by M/o RA & IH.
