 GENERAL INFORMATION


1. Complete applications along with the attested copies of all testimonials, , Inter, Bachelor, Master marksheet and anyother Certificates, experience certificates, three latest photographs, , National ldentity Card, should be submittedto the office of the Deputy Dean, , Lahore-54600 tll 16.01.2025 (01.00 P.M.).Incomplete applications will not be entertained in any case.


2. Persons in Government service should route their application through proper channel as applicable, withclearance from the parent department.


3. The application form can be downloaded from the website www.skzrmdc.edu.pk 8& application fee Rs. 500/-shall be submitted in any branch of National Bank of Pakistan in favor of Dean, Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate , Lahore (branch code-1707) Account No.3154820902 National Bank of Pakistan Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahoreand forms can be sent through couriers on above cited form address.


4. 2% disable quota, 5% minority Quota, 10% women quota and "transgender will be observed as per Federal />

5. Application forms are also available from the , Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, onpayment of above mentioned fee (during the duty hours).


6. The applications received after the last date of advertisement will not be considered. A separate complete application isnecessary for each post applied.


7. No. of vacancies can also be increased/ decreased/ / reallocated by the competent authority without anynotice.


8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/ interview. Date & place of test interview will be communicated throughCOurier.


9. No TA/DA will be admissible if called for interview and joining.


10. The original copy of bank chalan should be attached with the application form.


11. The selectin will be made on merit according to Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Rules & Regulations.NOTE:- "Persons from other province who are otherwise eligible may also apply. They however be consideredfor appointment to the post on contract for 02 years or till availability of suitable candidates from the concernedprovince whichever is earlier."
