About 05% aditional workforce will also be called for training, for fieldwork final selection of tehsilsupervisors will be performance based, during the training session.
No. of days of fieldwork may increase or decrease depending upon the workload.
i) Selection will be made on merit and domicle basis, and shal be purely temporary and on daily wage basisand there will be no right of being permanent whatsoever.
iv) Final decision of the Authority shall not be challenged at any court/ forum.

Authority may terminate the contract of any at any stage without any reason.vi) / Short listed candidates will be informed telephonically to participate in training.
vi) Selected candidates be deployed in any tehsil of the division. However, the preference wil be givento the local selectees.

vii) Candidates who get training and do not join field work when needed, shall be paid anyremuneration of training session at all.

ix) Successful candidates shall sign an agreement with BoS on e-stamp paper to the assigned taskwithout withdrawal or abandonment until its sucessul completion.
X Every successful candidate must submit the e-stamp paper, issue in their name, of rupees 100/- on thefirst day of training.

xi) Absence/ poor peformance shall lead to termination of contract.

xii) During the course of this purely temporary assignment, Departrment shall not be liable to pay any health/risk insurance to health/ life of any candidate.

xiv) No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
